Return Requirements
Your item(s) must meet all the following conditions to be accepted for return:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
3. All original tags and labels are still attached
4. There are no marks, stains, or scents, including makeup, perfume, or spray tan
5. The item must not be marked as Final Sale
6. Jewelry and Underwear Accessories are not returnable for hygiene reasons
7. A clear unboxing video showing the item’s condition must be submitted with your return request
Kalisa reserves the right to refuse any returns that fall outside the eligible return period or are not returned in their original condition. If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be sent back to you, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Kalisa. Please ensure that your return is correctly labeled and contains only Kalisa items. Kalisa is not responsible for any non-kalisa products sent to our returns facility, and these items may not be returned to you.
If a customer INSISTS on returning an item outside of our policy, the following conditions will apply:
1, The customer is fully responsible for all shipping fees, import/export taxes, and return shipping costs, including shipping to our U.S. warehouse and back to our Vietnam office for product inspection. Returned items must be received in their original condition.
2, A 35% processing fee, calculated based on the original product cost (not the sale price), will be deducted from the total refund to cover labor, quality inspection, packaging, and restocking costs associated with made-to-order garments.
3, All returns must be pre-approved in writing by our support team via email before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
