Because every body is unique and every garment is constructed differently, our guarantee is designed to address genuine sizing or measurement issues while recognizing the natural fit variation of standard-size garments.
Standard Sizing
Our Standard Sizes are based on measurement ranges, rather than one exact set of body measurements.
For example, if a size M is designed for a 36–38" bust, both a 36" and a 38" bust may fall within the same size. The garment may therefore feel slightly more fitted on one customer and slightly looser on another.
This natural variation does not mean the garment is incorrectly sized. A difference in how the garment feels within the stated size range does not qualify as a fit issue simply because the fit is not identical to that of our model or another customer.
When selecting a Standard Size, please review our size chart carefully and choose the size that best corresponds to your measurements.
If your measurements fall between sizes, or if you prefer the garment to be fitted specifically to your proportions, we recommend choosing Custom Sizing.
Custom Sizing
With Custom Sizing, your garment is made according to the measurements you provide.
Because the piece is created specifically for you, please take your measurements carefully and follow our measurement guide. The measurements submitted at the time of order will be used by our tailoring team to create your garment.
Our Perfect Fit Guarantee applies when the finished garment has a genuine sizing issue that does not correspond to the measurements you provided.
Your Fit, Your Choice
Standard Sizing
Made according to our predefined size chart and measurement ranges. Natural variation within the stated range is expected.
Custom Sizing
Made according to your individual measurements for a more personalized fit and silhouette.
Both options are covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee. The application of the guarantee depends on whether the issue relates to a genuine sizing or measurement discrepancy.
Minor Fit Adjustments
If your garment requires a minor adjustment, we are happy to help cover eligible local tailoring costs of up to 10% of the product value.
Eligible minor alterations may include:
- Taking in or adjusting the waist
- Shortening the length
- Other minor adjustments that can reasonably be completed by a professional local tailor
To request assistance, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos and details of the fit issue.
The alteration allowance is intended for minor fit adjustments. It does not cover changes to the original design, personal style preferences, or alterations resulting from changes in your body measurements after the order was placed.
What the Fit Guarantee Does Not Cover
The Perfect Fit Guarantee covers genuine sizing or measurement issues. It does not cover:
- A preference for a tighter or looser fit when the garment is within the applicable sizing or submitted measurements
- Differences between your proportions and those of the model shown in our photos
- Normal fit variation within a Standard Size measurement range
- Changes to your body measurements after placing the order
- Changes of mind or personal preference
- Requests to change the original design, silhouette, fabric, or construction
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Damage caused after delivery or improper care
- Alterations requested for reasons unrelated to a genuine sizing issue
