HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Every kalisa dress is made to order for you. Follow these steps to choose your size, check out and place your order. If you need help at any step, our team is happy to assist.

How to place an order
Ten simple steps, from choosing your dress to your confirmation email.

Choose your dress and color
Open the dress you like. Select your color from the swatches on the product page, and use the photos and description to check the style and details.

Select your size
You have two options:
- Standard size (XS to 4X). Compare your bust, waist and hip with our Size Guide (link under the size buttons, in inch or cm).
- Custom Size (FREE). Your dress is tailored to your own measurements. We recommend it if you are between sizes or want the most precise fit.
Each standard size covers a range of measurements, so fit may feel slightly more relaxed or more fitted depending on where you fall in the range. If you are unsure, choose Custom Size.

For Custom Size: enter your measurements
Choose your unit (cm/kg or inch/lbs), then fill in the form. Fields marked with * are required, and incomplete information may delay your order.
- Required: bust height, bust, waist, hips, height, weight, shoulder, upper arms, front waist.
- Also fill in if they apply: arm hole, neck size, sleeve length, and the length for your style (one-piece dress length, or top and skirt length for two-piece sets).
Not sure how to measure? Open the Size Guide and use the Full measuring guide. Use a soft tape measure over light clothing, and keep the tape level, snug but not tight.
Length: Measure from the starting point for your dress style down to your desired hemline, wearing the shoes you plan to wear. The finished length can look different from the model, depending on your height, proportions and heel height.

Need it by a date? Want a custom color? Let us know
If you need your dress for an event, use “Need it soon? Tell us your date!” on the product page, so our team can check the timing with you before you order.
Want a custom color? If available for your selected dress, choose Custom Color (Pre-Order Only), switch to YES, and enter your preferred color name in the text field.

Add to bag
Click Add to Cart. You can keep shopping and add more pieces, or open your cart and continue to checkout.

Go to checkout and enter your contact details
On the checkout page, enter your email. You can sign in to your account or check out as a guest. Express checkout buttons (such as Shop Pay and Google Pay) appear at the top if they are available for you.

Enter your delivery address
Fill in your country, name, full address, city, state, ZIP code and phone number.
To avoid delays or failed delivery, add your apartment, suite or unit number if you live in a shared building. Please check that your address and phone number are correct, because the carrier may need to contact you.

Choose your shipping method
Select the shipping method you prefer, for example Express Standard or Priority Express. The price shows next to each option before you pay.

Add a discount code, pay and place your order
- If you have a discount code or gift card, enter it in the box in your order summary and click Apply. The price updates if the code is valid.
- Check your order summary: items, sizes, colors, shipping and total.
- Choose your payment method, then click the button to complete your order. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Check your confirmation email
You will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Need to change something? Contact us within 4 hours after placing your order (for example to change the shipping address or email, remove a duplicate item or increase a quantity). Once an order is processed, changes cannot be applied.
Before you place your order
A quick check helps your dress fit and arrive without delays.
- My bust, waist and hip match the size I selected in the Size Guide, or I chose Custom Size.
- I compared the listed dress length with my own height and the shoes I will wear.
- My custom measurements are complete (all required * fields).
- My address includes the apartment, suite or unit number, and my phone number is correct.
- I have read the return and cancellation information for made-to-order dresses.

The photos show the dress on a mannequin in the size you select, so you can judge the fit before you order.

Open Size Guide next to the size buttons for the size chart (inch and cm), how to measure, and dress length notes.
Each size covers a range, so choose Custom Size if you are between sizes.

Returns and policies
Every dress is made to order. Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, and you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
