HIGH-VALUE ORDERS ($400 USD OR MORE) SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON DELIVERY

Please note that every dress is made to order through our dressmaking and custom atelier work process, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

Dressmaking typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design, because:

  • Each piece is individually cut and sewn by our skilled artisans.
  • We use premium fabrics that require careful handling.
  • Detailed elements such as hand-applied embellishments or custom adjustments require extra time.

The timelines below include both tailoring and shipping:

USA:
Express Standard 10-12 Business Days

Priority Express 7-9 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL:

Business days (Mon-Fri) do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Vietnam and U.S holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your region. Remote areas may require additional delivery time. May not be available for certain remote locations.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES & TRACKING NUMBER

Estimated number of business days it takes to receive your order after placing it on our website.

Orders are processed once your shipping information is confirmed. Delays in responding to order confirmation emails may delay processing.

Varies by country and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking details once your item is shipped.

If you're ordering more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times, as they may be shipped from different warehouses.

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays due to customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control.

FAILED DELIVERIES

All orders are shipped with full tracking and photographed packaging confirmation. Once an item is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We highly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the delivery location.

If a customer refuses to accept a delivery, we are not responsible for the order in any way.

Packages returned to the sender due to missed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses will incur the original shipping fee, the return shipping cost, and a $10 restocking fee. Any refund issued, if applicable, will be reduced by the total of these charges.

EXTERNAL DELIVERY FACTORS

While we strive to deliver packages within the estimated time of arrival, the actual delivery date may be influenced by factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external variables.

For the most accurate delivery date, we recommend referring to the tracking information provided.

To ensure a timely and successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered accurately and includes:

  • Correct street name and number
  • Building or apartment number (if applicable)
  • City, zip code/postal code, and country
  • Any special delivery instructions or access information

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, especially in the EU, UK, and certain other regions. These charges are regulated by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the receiving party. As these fees are determined by each country’s government, kalisa does not have control over them and cannot predict the exact cost in advance. Please note that taxes and duties paid outside our website are non-refundable.
